Social Media & Admin Channel Intern

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a Social Media & Admin Channel Intern (paid program) based in Ungaran, Indonesia or nearby areas.

Job Description:

1. Manage and create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms) that aligns with the brand identity.

2. Plan and execute the social media content calendar, while monitoring engagement and performance.

3. Handle incoming customer messages through multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, DMs, email, etc.).

4. Maintain quick, polite, and solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries and feedback.

5. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.

6. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and customer insights.

Requirements:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate (bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields).

2. Strong writing skills and an understanding of current social media trends.

3. Excellent communication skills — patient, responsive, and customer-focused.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5.Experience using social media analytics tools is a plus.
