You'll handle three of our accounts: Cetta German, Cetta English, and ElevaU.
Post content on Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube Shorts according to the schedule provided by the Social Media Specialist.
Write captions and ensure that hashtags and account tags align with the Social Media Specialist's guidelines.
Respond to non-sales comments and direct messages across all three account.
Actively interact with trending or relevant accounts that match our target audience (likes, light comments, story interactions) across all three accounts.
Support brand awareness growth through consistent and strategic engagement.
Monitor content publication to ensure it follows the scheduled timeline, and report any failed uploads or technical issues (e.g., blocked Reels music, missing thumbnails, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts).
Able to write simple captions and understand how to use hashtags and account tags.
Communicative, responsive, and willing to learn from the Social Media Specialist's guidance.
Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage content posting schedules.
Basic editing skills using Canva or CapCut are a plus.
Proficient in using Instagram and TikTok
Adaptive, critical thinker, and ready to grow with the team's needs.
