Develop and implement community development, engagement programs, and CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
Identify, prioritize, monitor, and manage social issues, community concerns, and potential social risks surrounding the industrial estate.
Handle and facilitate the resolution of community grievances, complaints, and social conflicts in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate community development initiatives and measure their social impact.
Manage community engagement activities to foster positive relationships and address community concerns.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to social and community development.
Prepare reports, budgets, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and social initiatives into business operations.
Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in community development programs.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Communication, Social, Community Development, or Government.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in community development, community relations, social management, CSR, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
Experience in industrial estate, mining, infrastructure, property development, plantation, or other large-scale development projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of community dynamics, stakeholder management, social risk, and conflict resolution.
Experience in developing and managing community development / empowerment programs.
Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess social issues and recommend practical solutions.
