About the Role:
The Social Compliance Manager ensures that REGENESIS operations and supply chains adhere to high ethical, labor, and environmental standards. This role drives social responsibility across global suppliers, audits compliance, and implements continuous improvement programs. By embedding social compliance into all levels of operations, this position safeguards human rights, promotes fair labor practices, and reinforces REGENESIS commitment to ethical, circular, and regenerative business practices
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a global social compliance program aligned with international labor standards (e.g., ILO, SA8000, UNGC Principles).
- Conduct supplier audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure adherence to REGENESIS Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and R&D teams to integrate social compliance into supplier selection, sourcing, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing remediation strategies.
- Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers and internal teams on ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and regenerative practices.
- Partner with external stakeholders, including NGOs, auditors, and certification bodies, to ensure credibility and transparency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global labor regulations, human rights trends, and sustainability best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate social and environmental performance throughout the supply chain.
Outcomes:
- 100% of tier-1 suppliers audited annually against REGENESIS social compliance standards.
- Reduction of non-compliance incidents across supplier network by 25% year-over-year.
- All high-risk suppliers on a corrective action plan within 30 days of audit identification.
- Training completion rate of ≥95% for supplier and internal stakeholders.
- Integration of social compliance KPIs into supplier performance evaluation and procurement decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Business Ethics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social compliance, ethical sourcing, or sustainability roles, preferably in manufacturing, materials, or circular economy sectors.
- Proven experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action programs.
- Strong understanding of global labor standards, human rights, and ethical sourcing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and remote/global suppliers.
- Advanced proficiency in compliance management software and reporting tools.
Working Hours & Location:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, flexible as per global collaboration needs.
- Based in Bali, Indonesia (with occasional travel to supplier sites and international offices).
Candidate Profile:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple audits and compliance projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about sustainability, regenerative business models, and human rights.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills a plus.
