Social Commerce Specialist

Job Overview

• The Social Commerce Specialist will drive social media growth, AI-assisted content creation, paid ad performance, and WhatsApp booking conversions across regional multi-city hotel property portfolios (Instagram & TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Social Commerce Funnel Optimization: Manage end-to-end user journey from social discovery (IG Reels/TikTok) to direct DM/WhatsApp chat automated booking flows.
• Bulk AI Content Creation & Management: Produce, schedule, and test high-volume short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and carousels using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, localized AI personas, and KOL/UGC repurposing.
• Paid Ads Campaign Execution: Plan strategy for optimisation for targeted Meta and TikTok ad campaigns (TOFU to BOFU) across multiple accounts while managing daily budget allocation.
• Funnel Automation & Bot Integration: Implement and manage link-in-bio to see the result performance
• Data Tracking & Performance Analytics: Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs

Required Skills and Competencies

• Performance Marketing: Has understanding and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (IG) and TikTok Ads Manager.
• AI Content Generation & Editing: Proficiency with AI video/image generators, AI voiceover tools, prompt engineering, CapCut/Premiere, and short-form video scripting.
• Funnel & Automation Tools: Knowledge of ManyChat, WhatsApp Business API/automation, link hub tools, and attribution tracking parameters is a plus.
• Data & Analytics: Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, understanding of ROI analysis, and campaign reporting.
• Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in Social Commerce, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce Growth (Hospitality/Travel background is a plus).
