SNI Certification Specialist

In this role, you will manage the entire SNI certification process for imported products, from application to approval, by preparing required documentation, coordinating independently with BSN, LSPro, and testing agencies, and maintaining accurate records of progress and deadlines. You will also provide technical advice to internal teams to ensure compliance with SNI standards from the product design stage, while staying updated on regulatory changes and market requirements to keep all certifications valid and aligned with Indonesian regulations.

Key Responsibility:

1. Manage the SNI Certification Process: Oversee and manage the entire process of obtaining SNI certification for products, from initial application to final approval.
2. Liaise with Relevant Institutions: Independently coordinate with institutions such as BSN (Badan Standardisasi Nasional), LSPro (Lembaga Sertifikasi Produk), and testing agencies to ensure timely and accurate processing of certification requests.
3. Prepare Required Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted, including product specifications, testing results, and compliance with technical standards.
4. Track Certification Progress: Maintain an up-to-date record of certification statuses, deadlines, and next steps for each product.
5. Provide Expert Consultation: Offer technical advice and support to the product development and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet SNI standards from the design phase.
6. Stay Updated on Regulations: Stay current with any changes in SNI regulations, Indonesian market requirements, and industry standards to ensure compliance at all stages.

Requirements:

1. Direct experience in the SNI certification process, and must have a successful case study (please include product type and graduation date in your CV).
2. Familiarity with the SNI certification process, required documents, testing institutions, and technical standards.
3. Able to coordinate independently with relevant institutions in Indonesia such as BSN, LSPro, etc.
4. Preference will be given to those with an understanding of Indonesian regulations and the Indonesian market.
5. Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (bilingual is preferred).
