Snack Sales Lead (Based in Indonesia)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the local snack sales team, formulate and achieve team sales targets.
- Proficient in core snack sales models, including GT (General Trade) and MT (Modern Trade).
- GT Focus: Develop new local distributors and expand sales channels. Establish regional pricing systems based on the company's guiding price list, supervise distributors to comply with pricing rules, eliminate cross-region cargo dumping, and maintain price stability.
- MT Focus: Responsible for the development and maintenance of MT channels (e.g., chain supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience store systems, and other modern retail terminals). Establish long-term stable partnerships with key channel clients and achieve annual cooperation goals.
- Collect and feedback competitor sales data, market trends, consumer demands, and other insights to provide a basis for the company's product R&D and market strategy adjustments.
- Customer Service & Communication: Conduct regular visits to distributors and terminal clients, resolve client issues related to inventory, logistics, after-sales service, etc., and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
- Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Indonesian is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience working at leading Chinese snack brands with overseas operations, or those who have supported the overseas expansion of Chinese or international snack brands (e.g., Qiaqia, Weilong).
