SME Business Development

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a sharp, resilient Business Development to run our sales cycle and close deals with local business owners. If you love fast-paced startup environments, know how to sell without sounding corporate, and want to grow into leading the motion, let's talk.

What You'll Own

• The Full Sales Cycle: Qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals using our existing sales playbook.
• The Monthly Target: Close 2–3 new clients per month after a short ramp.
• Pipeline Mix: Convert inbound marketing leads and self-source outbound prospects to keep your pipeline full.
• Product Demos: Run demos that non-technical business owners immediately understand and want.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Keep your CRM clean and accurate. At this volume, discipline is key.
• Smooth Handoffs: Coordinate with our client experience team so signed deals launch smoothly.

• Charismatic & Clear Communicators: Warm, relatable, and quick to build genuine rapport. You speak like a friend to local business owners and can easily explain complex ideas in simple, everyday terms.
• Driven & High Ownership: Hungry, resilient, and honest. You don't wait around for instructions—you take initiative, move fast, and hold yourself accountable for your work.
• Language: Fluent Indonesian required (to sell to local business owners) + solid English communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience selling conversational AI, chatbots, CRMs, or WhatsApp business tools.
• Has sold to SMEs before in POS, F&B tech, agencies, fintech, or marketplaces.
• High-velocity sales background (short deal cycles, multiple deals per month).
• Early signs of leadership (mentoring peers, building small processes, taking initiative).
