- Manage new merchant acquisition and registration through the Partner App and Webform.
- Conduct follow-ups with merchants to ensure registration completion, provide onboarding guidance on Shopee Partner, and support outlets to go live via online channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Identify and acquire target (hitlist) merchants and reactivate churned merchants to drive ShopeeFood growth.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or account management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
