Serve as the primary point of contact between ShopeeFood and the merchants within your assigned portfolio, ensuring strong and sustainable relationships.
Drive merchant growth by promoting campaign and program participation through online channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
Educate and guide merchants on operational best practices and store quality improvements to enhance sales performance on ShopeeFood.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in sales, account/merchant management, or related roles (fresh graduates with high potential are welcome).
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A collaborative team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
