PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is currently looking for a passionate and driven SME Relationship Manager to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will focus on growing our SME business portfolio while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the quality of financing in line with business targets.
What You'll Do:
- Build and expand SME business opportunities, both with new and existing customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the most suitable banking products
- Manage relationships with SME clients and maintain financing quality
- Handle end-to-end SME financing activities, from analysis to monitoring
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Management)
- At least 2 years of experience as an SME Relationship Manager or similar role in banking
- Strong financial analysis and communication skills
- Good understanding of the SME business landscape, especially in East Java (Surabaya area)
