Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Small Business Account Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing information about services, upselling and cross-selling services, resolving client issues, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to meet customer needs and company goals.
