Job Description:
1.Priority Seller Management
- Identify and manage priority incubation sellers.
- Monitor performance (GMV, traffic, conversion, stock, campaign).
- Nominate sellers for PR opportunities.
- Prepare eligible sellers for graduation to Category team.
2.Seller Education & Development
- Deliver onboarding and continuous training.
- Educate sellers on platform tools, campaigns, pricing, and assortment strategy.
- Provide performance insights and improvement plans.
3. Day-to-Day Seller Management
- Act as PIC for assigned sellers.
- Monitor operational KPIs (SLA, cancellation rate, ratings, fulfillment).
- Resolve issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong seller relationship and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or account management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
