Skha Graduate Development Program (SGDP) Batch 3 is finally open!

Calling graduates and young professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to create impact and grow their careers in consulting!

Our 12-month development program is designed to build your consulting foundations, sharpen your analytical and interpersonal skills, and prepare you to excel in management consulting. You'll gain hands-on project experience, learn directly from experienced consultants, and develop the skills to accelerate your professional growth.

Requirements:

• Open to graduates (or already have a university-issued certificate of completion) with a minimum GPA ≥30, preferably preferably with organizations, internship or professional experience
• Strong interest in management consulting
• Highly skilled in problem solving, communication & leadership
• Fully committed to a 12-month development program
