The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the project site in Palopo. This contract, on-site role includes coordinating and supervising workers and subcontractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction is carried out according to plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will manage site logistics, inspect materials and workmanship, and report on project status to the project manager or company leadership. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting timely completion of project milestones within budget and schedule.

• Strong skills in site supervision and coordination, including managing teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and quality control practices.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and regulations, with a commitment to enforcing safe working practices on-site.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with project stakeholders, suppliers, and team members.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-site challenges and unexpected issues.
• Experience in residential construction or similar projects; prior supervisory experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Palopo for the duration of the contract, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
• Relevant technical or vocational education in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
