Holds a Bachelor's degree (S1 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Has a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in Oil & Gas EPSCI projects covering construction, fabrication, welding, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
Has held significant responsibilities in multidisciplinary projects.
Possesses relevant and recognized technical expertise.
Proactive with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
