Site Supervisor - Management Construction

Role Description

The Site Supervisor – Padel Court Project is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta Utara. This position oversees daily construction activities for padel court projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The Site Supervisor coordinates and directs site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, manages material deliveries, and monitors equipment usage to keep the site running efficiently. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, maintaining documentation such as site reports and progress logs, and communicating updates to project managers and stakeholders. The Site Supervisor also supports quality control, enforces health and safety procedures, and ensures the project is completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising construction or sports facility projects, preferably including court or recreational infrastructure.
• Strong skills in site coordination, daily work planning, and resource allocation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices, with a track record of promoting a safe work environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for managing diverse site teams and collaborating with contractors and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with capacity to address on-site challenges and make timely decisions.
• Experience with basic project reporting, progress tracking, and site documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuta Utara and adapt to changing project needs.
