Site Manager (Data Center Projects)

We are looking for 3 (three) experienced Site Managers to manage and supervise data center construction activities on site, from greenfield development through commissioning and go-live, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the data center site
• Coordinate with project manager to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety standards
• Coordinate and control contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance, and report site status regularly
• Ensure proper implementation of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil works
• Coordinate installation and testing of critical systems:
• Electrical systems (power distribution, grounding, UPS, generators)
• Mechanical systems (cooling, airflow, HVAC)
• Fire protection and monitoring systems
• Support testing, commissioning, and go-live readiness activities
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / control / civil engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience Data Center Project or Data Center Operation.
• Hands-on experience involved in data center construction projects with a minimum capacity of 3 MW, from greenfield development to go-live
• Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Civil works in data center environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience working in live or partially live data center environments is an advantage
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines
• Willing to work fully on site (Cibitung / Karawang Timur)
• Data center–related training or certification is a plus
