Site Expansion Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential cities or locations based on data from Business Analysts.
• Conduct site searches and negotiations for potential Food Court and Real Estate locations.
• Conduct site visits to document basic 2D and 3D layouts.
• Create business proposals and projections.
• Conduct third-party appraisals (rental installments).
• Responsible for contract data.
• Sign agreements with vendors or third parties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related position
• Having experience in Retail/Food & Beverage Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Civil Engineering, Architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare data-driven location proposals.
• Excellent communication skills; polite and professional in all situations.
• Willing to work mobile and capable of handling reporting, administration, and documentation effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in negotiation, commercial review, and agreement handling.
