- Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements
- Check, review, and distribute drawing plan
- Oversee the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline
- Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements
- Responsible for change order and budget control
- Prepare and provide documents related construction activity
- Manage stakeholders and internal team
- Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering and Construction field
- Have experience in handling Warehouse or High-rise Building construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects and thrive under tight deadline
- Good stakeholder management between owner and contractor
- Expert with design tools (AutoCAD, Sap2000, Etabs, etc)
- Familiar with CSA & MEP Installation
- Willing to travel for business purposes
