As Site Engineer Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the development and maintenance of Hangry's outlets—from the very first site survey to grand opening day, and beyond. You'll lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every new store opens on time, on budget, and meets our standards of excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a team of Site Engineers and Maintenance professionals to support expansion and upkeep across 100+ locations.
- Manage end-to-end store development projects—site visits, budgeting, timeline control, execution, and handover.
- Ensure project delivery meets Hangry's quality standards in interior, MEP, civil, and furniture finishes.
- Partner with Design, Operations, and Store Development teams to deliver seamless and timely grand openings.
- Evaluate and survey new locations, collecting key data and collaborating with landlords and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve our construction standards and design guidelines, including reviewing shop drawings and 3D renders.
- Lead cost control initiatives and vendor evaluations to ensure construction excellence and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, process standardization, and cross-department collaboration.
- Build a culture of precision, accountability, and speed, while staying aligned with Hangry's values and long-term goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction management for F&B, retail, or multi-site development environments.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and quality control across complex site builds.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and construction documentation standards.
- Hands-on knowledge of building codes, construction quality assurance, and contractor supervision.
- Comfortable traveling frequently to oversee national rollouts and site evaluations.
- You are a builder and optimizer—you think in terms of systems, timelines, and outcomes.
