Job Description

Job Description:

Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements
Check, review, and distribute drawing plan
Oversee the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline
Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements
Responsible for change order and budget control
Prepare and provide documents related construction activity
Manage stakeholders and internal team
Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering and Construction field
Have experience in handling Warehouse or High-rise Building construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Able to handle multiple projects and thrive under tight deadline
Good stakeholder management between owner and contractor
Expert with design tools (AutoCAD, Sap2000, Etabs, etc)
Familiar with CSA & MEP Installation
Willing to travel for business purposes
