Site Coordinator - Contract

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical Engineering or it's related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in working as a project-management / controller within a similar industry
• Strong and proven portfolio in managing a facility-infrastructure project, especially for data center (server farm), smart-room management, or building automation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Excellent presentation skills related for a project-run
• Possessing a keen rapport for problem & conflict management skills
• Customer oriented mind with good interpersonal skill
• A well organized, strong in workflow and project persistency, as well as good time management

Job Description:

• Carry out all duties of Site Coordinator for technically or environmentally challenging IT / facility infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and align with Project Manager for every project that is assigned under PMO
• Planning and development of facility infrastructure-plan according to requirements
• Execute the facility infrastructure-plan according to the established project plan
• Monitor and ensure the quality of project task which performed internally or under vendor
• Lead the periodical report of project progress
• Execute change control process in contract administration
• Ensure all deliverables are complete according to the plan
• Ensure proper acceptance of milestones and eventual closure of project
• Contribute in the continuous buildup and refinement of internal onTRACK PM methodology for PSI
