Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated FEA Engineer to join our Indonesia team in Jakarta. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality simulation projects, supporting customers technically, and contributing to pre-sales and solution consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, and multiphysics applications.
• Develop simulation models using ANSYS (Mechanical/Workbench preferred).
• Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into simulation-ready models.
• Conduct static, dynamic, fatigue, and nonlinear analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation results to clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Assist sales team in pre-sales technical discussions and solution positioning.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and training sessions.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of:

Structural mechanics

Linear and nonlinear FEA

Contact analysis

Fatigue analysis

Thermal analysis

• Hands-on experience with:

ANSYS Mechanical / Workbench (mandatory preferred)

HyperMesh / Abaqus / other FEA tools (added advantage)

• Understanding of material behavior and meshing techniques.
• Experience in troubleshooting convergence issues.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Mechanical Engineering

Aerospace Engineering

Civil Engineering

Or related field

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on FEA experience
• Experience in consulting or engineering services environment preferred.
• Exposure to automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or energy sectors is a plus
