Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and customer-focused EBU Engineer to join our Jakarta team. The role involves delivering simulation projects in the electronics domain, providing technical consulting support, and assisting in pre-sales activities related to electronic and electromagnetic applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform simulation and analysis in:

Electromagnetic (EM) simulations

Signal Integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI)

PCB and high-frequency simulations

Electronics thermal management

• Develop and validate simulation models using ANSYS Electronics tools.
• Support customers in product development through simulation-driven design optimization.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and solution recommendations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to clients.
• Assist sales team in pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, and technical proposals.
• Conduct customer training sessions and technical workshops.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of:

Electromagnetics

High-frequency design

PCB design fundamentals

Thermal management in electronics

• Hands-on experience with:

ANSYS HFSS / SIwave / Maxwell / Icepak (preferred)

Other EM tools (CST, ADS, etc.) added advantage

• Understanding of:

EMI/EMC compliance

Power electronics simulation

RF design fundamentals

Ability to troubleshoot convergence and modelling challenges.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Electrical Engineering

Electronics Engineering

Telecommunication Engineering

Or related Engineering discipline

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics simulation
• Experience in consulting, R&D, or engineering services preferred.
• Exposure to industries such as electronics manufacturing, automotive electronics, telecommunications, or semiconductor is an advantage.
