Overview Of The Position
Responsible for conducting Signal Integrity (SI) testing and supporting laboratory operations. The role involves performing technical testing, analyzing results, preparing reports, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with company standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Signal Integrity (SI) testing in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
- Support laboratory testing activities and daily lab operations.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain testing equipment.
- Analyze test results and prepare accurate technical reports.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and provide technical support when required.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in engineering, laboratory testing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) testing is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin.
