- Supervise daily technical support activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Lead and guide technical support staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining support procedures, tools, and documentation.
- Monitor technical issues, track performance metrics, and support corrective and preventive actions. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Fisheries.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Shrimp Pond Technician.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Possess strong leadership skills.
- Hold a valid Class A Driver's License (SIM A)

Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Perikanan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Teknisi Tambak Udang minimal 3 tahun.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint).
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
- Memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku.
