Short Form Video Editor

Company DescriptionSimple Wealth Academy helps military members and veterans build wealth through real estate and teaching them how to launch and scale shared living arbitrage business with little upfront capital. You'll be editing contents for Google and Meta Ads/YouTube shorts covering real estate, business building, and entrepreneurship content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 7-10 short-form contents per week and maintaining daily output of 2 videos/day.
• Add motion graphics and effects: Build motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Animate subtitles and text: Design and animate on-screen captions and text overlays.
• Clean up audio: Handle audio clean-up, leveling, and balancing.
• Color correct and grade: Apply basic color correction and grading.
• Integrate supporting assets. Weave in B-roll, stock footage, sound effects, and music.
• Follow brand guidelines: Maintain consistency with SWA's brand while looking for ways to improve creative performance.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects (CapCut editors will not be considered)
• Fluent English speaker and good communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an online site team environment

Position:

• Full time (remote)
• 40 hours/week

Salary: $800/month
