Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Shopee Store Operation Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing daily operations of the Shopee store, analyzing data to optimize performance, overseeing inventory and store processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The specialist will be responsible for problem-solving operational issues, coordinating with team members, and maintaining excellent customer communication.

• Experience and skills in Operations, Store Management, and inventory control.
• Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to enhance operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in e-commerce (Shopee) or retail is preferred.
• Experienced in data setting update, including pricing, champaign, etc
