Candidate Selection Criteria

We are looking for candidates who:

Have strong leadership and communication skills

Are confident, energetic, and sales-driven

Can manage and motivate a team effectively

Are disciplined, responsible, and punctual

Can work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

Have good customer service and problem-solving abilities

Are proactive and able to take initiative independently

Have previous experience in retail, sales, or supervisory roles (preferred)

Are focused on achieving sales and operational targets

Are comfortable handling staff supervision and daily shop operations

Work Condition

Full-time position based at byNice, Plaine Verte, Port Louis

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 9.00 AM to 4 PM on Saturday (extended hours may be required during busy periods, promotions, and peak seasons)

Fast-paced retail and sales-driven environment

Active floor supervision and customer interaction required daily

Sunday and public holiday work may be required depending on operational needs

Candidate must be comfortable standing for extended periods and managing daily shop activities

Team leadership, operational coordination, and sales involvement are part of the role
