Shisha Master

Job Description:

• Prepare, set up, and serve premium shisha to guests in accordance with beach club standards.
• Ensure excellent shisha quality, including flavor consistency, heat management, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all shisha equipment and service areas.
• Provide shisha recommendations and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor shisha usage and proactively replace charcoal to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow fire safety procedures and proper handling of charcoal and shisha equipment.
• Manage stock of shisha tobacco, charcoal, and accessories; report inventory needs.
• Coordinate closely with floor service, bar, and management teams to support smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude suitable for a beach club environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Shisha Specialist in a lounge, or nightlife venue is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and heat control.
• Excellent grooming, attitude, and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
