Shipping Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Processes and archives documents related to shipping and payments to suppliers.

2. Monitor and update shipment information of the shipping process.

3. Conducts classification of goods based on information provided by the customers or suppliers.

4. Communicate with staff in related departments, to ensure seamless integration of shipping operations with other business functions and provide feedback in time.

5. Willing to do business travel (i.e., checking the process of loading or unloading stuff, handling problems in port, double-checking the condition of the warehouse, local transportation, and distribution).

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Transportation Management, International Trade, or a related major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English to liaise with foreign colleagues or associates.

3. In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, export-import process, logistics, and shipping documentation.

4. Strong knowledge and experience in using basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain professional service and communication with customers.

6. Strongly sense of responsibility, work independently and pro-active.

Working Days and Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00

Office Location: TCC Batavia Tower One, Central Jakarta
