Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing document for shipment (Packing List, Work Order (PPK), BOM. Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Assist in inputing the data of custom inventory system for waste. Assist warehouse PIC in achieve 100% data similar between manual and WMS system.
- Prepare and check shipping documents (e.g., invoices, delivery notes). Update system records for inbound and outbound items. File and maintain logistics-related documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and procurement teams. Relay updates and issues to logistics PIC and managers
- Support logistics PIC in daily report
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduates or graduates with experience in Shipper Staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good in English
