Lead and supervise daily production operations during the assigned shift to ensure production targets, product quality, safety, and operational efficiency are achieved.
Plan and manage workforce allocation, work schedules, and equipment utilization to optimize production performance.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP/HACCP standards, quality requirements, and occupational health & safety regulations.
Monitor production processes, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters in accordance with the company's authority matrix.
Drive team performance through coaching, performance evaluation, training, and employee development.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments (Quality Control, Engineering, Logistics, and Performance & SHE) to ensure smooth end-to-end production flow.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and prepare accurate and timely shift production, quality, and safety reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related manufacturing disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shift operations, GMP/HACCP, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, make sound operational decisions, and lead teams effectively.
Professional certifications in OHS, GMP, HACCP, or related fields are an advantage.
