Sharia Digital Funding Specialist

We're looking for a Sharia Digital Funding Specialist who can connect customers needs and digital capabilities to create meaningful Sharia funding solutions with viable business models. You'll work across teams to identify opportunities, deliver the solutions to life, and measure the impact both to the customers and the business.

What you'll do

• Identify growth levers and develop hypotheses to grow the business based on customer understanding, market conditions, as well as internal data
• Build business models and projections for key initiatives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver the initiatives while ensuring compliance with sharia principles & regulatory requirements
• Manage external partnerships to support business growth
• Monitor the initiatives performance, and test and iterate the hypotheses to further grow the business.

You might be the one we're looking for if you have

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in digital consumer-facing businesses, with at least 3 years in Business Strategy or Product Strategy
• Strong structured thinking and analytical capabilities
• English proficiency is a must
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in developing, testing, and iterating hypothesis to grow the business
• Experience in sharia banking, community building, and/or Hajj Umrah ecosystem is a plus
