Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design and craft seller education materials / Seller Education Hub articles for various steps of seller journey, including account setup, SKU mass upload, payment binding, shipping fee calculations
  • Design and craft incubation programs (market insights, tools, etc.), prepare for seller webinars
  • Manage inbound seller sign-ups, including prioritising for account creation, informing and supporting sellers to activate accounts
  • Manage the processes of mass incubation, including weekly announcement, tracking and following up on the seller participation in flash deal/deep discount
  • Manage the inbound enquiries from local relationship managers supporting the local sellers on their local/other cross border businesses, channel them to the right PICs, and track the processes

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
