Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a maintenance plan for sewing equipment.
  • Execute maintenance and management of sewing production equipment.
  • Responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of sewing production equipment.
  • Cooperate with factory operations and technical units to test molds and jigs and report test results.
  • Cultivate employees professional skills and work competencies to effectively achieve work goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sewing equipment maintenance; experience in shoe factory sewing equipment maintenance is preferred.
