Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance of the STP.
• Ensure treated effluent meets regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Monitor operational parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, flow rate, etc.).
• Manage and guide STP operators and technicians.
• Coordinate routine maintenance of pumps, blowers and treatment units.
• Handle sludge management and disposal activities.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with EHS and facility management teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
• At least 35 years of experience in operating and supervising STP facilities.
• Strong understanding of biological wastewater treatment processes.
• Keen knowledge of environmental regulations and effluent quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and resolve process issues.
• Willing to work onsite and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2.
