Settlement Data Analyst (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities

1. Core Settlement Operations: Familiarize yourself with the company's settlement processes and support the team in daily settlement activities to ensure all settlements are completed accurately and on time.
2. Settlement System Development:Actively participate in the development, optimization, and daily maintenance of the settlement system. Assist in identifying system requirements, testing system functions, and promoting the digitalization and efficient operation of the end-to-end settlement process.
3. Settlement Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and verify daily settlement data. Assist in preparing settlement reports and support the development of settlement analysis models.
4. Accounts Receivable Management: Assist the Settlement Manager in monitoring accounts receivable, tracking collection progress, organizing and conducting preliminary analysis of AR data, and promptly reporting any abnormalities to help reduce bad debt risks.
5. Settlement Process Optimization: Work with the Settlement Manager to review existing settlement processes, identify process gaps and areas for improvement, provide initial recommendations, and improve settlement management standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Statistics, or other related fields. Solid foundational knowledge of financial settlement is required.
2. Core Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software. Basic data organization and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various settlement tools and systems.
3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in finance-related roles. Experience in financial settlement within large corporations, logistics, trading, or commercial companies is preferred.
4. Personal Qualities: Strong logical thinking and independent problem-solving skills. Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and excellent execution ability.
5. Other Requirements: Flexible regarding work location and able to accommodate short-term business trips based on company requirements. Candidates with basic Chinese/Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
