Service Support (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Analyze and evaluate work processes across departments to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs in accordance with company and ISO standards.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to review, validate, and implement SOPs.
• Conduct SOP socialization, training, and monitoring to ensure effective implementation.
• Conduct regular evaluations and update SOPs based on changes in processes, systems, technology, or policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required (speaking and writting).
• Critical thinker, diligent, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips when required.
• Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java.
