Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical solutions to our valued customers! We're looking for a talented professional who's ready to make an impact through hands-on technical expertise and customer service excellence.

What will you do:

  • This position is responsible for providing product-based and professional services to company's customers including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and field service duties on the company's complete range of HVAC Units.
  • Perform Startup/Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective/Unscheduled Maintenance on all company cooling equipment
  • Provide installation consulting services at customer site and over the phone
  • Manage unit replacement when necessary
  • Work with customers, contractors, other members of the team, Sales Partners, Tech Support, and Services Manager to resolve escalated problems
  • Educate customers on basic operation of their equipment
  • Keep customers informed on any issues which they may experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customer
  • Interact with customers by phone/face to face depending on the level and type of support required
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/RHVAC Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a RHVAC field, prefer to field service experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, test and measurement equipment, knowledge of electrical and mechanical codes
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and refrigeration principals
  • Good level of technical knowledge of mechanical/refrigeration component theory
  • Ability to calculate air flow rate, water flow rate, temperature/humidity deviation, superheat, sub-cooling and piping size
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to various intellectual levels
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Jakarta based
