WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Liaising with marketing department to support with effective implementation of marketing campaigns and projects across the service division, including liaising with design agencies to produce promotional documentation.
  • Support the Project Manager with ensuring that work instructions are in accordance with Panasonic standards or appropriate local standard.
  • Support the Project Manager to ensure sufficient understanding of service sales across the UK and Ireland teams.
  • Ensuring requests are dealt with in a timely manner and all information is tracked and up to date on the system.
  • Supporting, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external customers.
  • Organise trainings for internal teams, installers, ACS, KA, house builders, and social housing.
  • Support in designing and implementing new processes within technical and service to consistently improve efficiency within the department.
  • Supporting the rollout of the new Aquarea Service+ end-user maintenance project across the UK and Ireland.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve service and warranty-related issues on air conditioning and heating products. Such as ordering spare parts and resolving warranty issues.
Work alongside Marketing to organise the student recruitment process for 2027.

Qualification & Experience

  • Currently studying for aMarketing / Business / Sales/ Accounting/ Finance related degree atUniversity
  • No specific experience orknowledge required.
  • We are looking for someonewith a can-do attitude and who is pro-active, always bringing new ideasto the team to increase sales.
Personal Attributes
  • We are looking for new ideasall the time, be bold; we work in a constantly changing industry, so innovativeideas are always well received.
  • Close attention to detail toensure that while the ideas are great creatively, they also come acrossclearly.
  • Team is the buzzword weoperate with. There are a lot of responsibilities in a small team, and youshould be able to work well with different people and deliver results.
  • Every day is different - weare a growing team so you will need to adapt quickly to this everchangingjob role.
  • You will be working with alot of different people at different levels, both internally andexternally with our agencies and partners. You will need strong oral andwritten communications skills to help you push ideas through.
  • Good at prioritising andmanaging your time.
