Job Description

Main Task

  • Overseeing after-sales service by analyzing and addressing customer complaints to provide effective solutions
  • Supervising and ensuring that planning and targets are met as scheduled
  • Ensuring all supervised work units comply with established procedures
  • Resolving issues related to unit repairs for customers and coordinating with relevant parties
  • Supervising, advising, and guiding subordinates to meet procedural and quality standards
  • Coordinating and monitoring warranty costs to ensure performance aligns with company targets
  • Making decisions on customer complaints and managing thar resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery
  • Providing necessary equipment and measuring toots to support after-sales service activities
  • Analyzing customer complaints to enhance internal processes and advising customers accordingly
  • Designing and updating systems and procedures within work units to Improve performance effectiveness
  • Evaluating subordinate performance to ensure they meet competency requirements and identifying areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 5 (five) years experience in related function
  • Have good knowledge in refrigeration system / HVAC system
  • Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
