Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta. This position is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, providing field service support, and executing preventive maintenance activities. The Service Engineer will document service actions, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about findings, solutions, and follow-up needs. The role also involves collaborating with other technical staff to improve service procedures and supporting continuous enhancement of service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform corrective and preventive service on a variety of technical systems.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in electric-engineering, IT or a related field is required.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and documentation in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Willingness to travel within Indonesia and, when required, to other regions.
Strong problem-solving attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety standards.
Candidate should have good knowledge of IT, AI and website building.
