Focus on customer support service / troubleshooting on vacuum and compression system.
Responsible for implementing client requirements, including technical queries and spare part inquiry
Coordinate the activities among functional departments on standardization of procedures and process to ensure servicing run smoothly.
Provide general servicing and overhaul of liquid ring pumps / compressors or package related equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with engineers or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem/root causes and determine proper solutions.
Provide technical support and on-site commissioning to existing and new clients effectively as and when required.
Carry out on-site inspections and tests on vacuum pumps and compressors and package related equipment.
Ability to understand and read cross sectional, PIDs and simple electrical diagrams.
Support sales in technical meeting and activities.
Promote sales and prepare quotations of spare parts to customers.
Handle pre and post administrative work.
Schedule and prepare permits for the service jobs.
Handle warranty and quality claims between customer and factories.
Accept ownership and responsibility.
PRE-REQUISITES
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in service, installation and site commissioning related.
Experience in Pulp and Paper industry will be advantageous.
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills coupled with minimum sales/marketing skills.
Good team player & willing to deal with customer.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to relate findings and solutions effectively to customers and the team.
