Key Duties

The Service Engineer(HP Indigo) provides timely and proper technical service support to Rieckermann Indonesia's customers. This includes installations, maintenance and troubleshooting of HP Indigo digital printing machines.

• Technical Service - Provide installation, maintenance, repair and support of HP Indigo digital printing machines and solutions for customers
• Reporting - Ensure accurate reporting concerning operations and services
• Spare Parts - Recommend spare parts to customers
• Customer Relationship - Develop, establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
• 2 - 3 Years experience digital printing machine, including graphic, automation or printing in the role of field service engineer or technical support engineer
• Strong mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
• Able to work well under pressure and self-reliantly
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Readiness to travel frequently and on short notice
