Service Delivery Manager

Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient 24×7 operation of the AI/GPU data center and its

mission-critical facilities infrastructure, providing operational leadership across electrical

power, HVAC, CDU and liquid-cooling systems, environmental monitoring and associated

critical infrastructure supporting high-density GPU computing. The role requires 7–10 years of

mission-critical data center operations experience, including at least 3 years leading data

center facilities operations, with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical

infrastructure, experience managing 24×7 operations, incidents, maintenance, capacity,

vendors and operational risks, and working knowledge of high-density liquid-cooled AI/HPC

environments. The candidate should also be capable of coordinating with IT/GPU operations

and OEM support teams, maintaining infrastructure availability and redundancy, ensuring

operational and safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement and service-level

objectives.
