Job Description:
- Proactively monitor the health, performance, and capacity of customer IT/network infrastructure (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, APs, CCTV, cloud).
- Implement and configure Change Requests.
- Prepare system status, incident, and troubleshooting reports.
- Maintain technical documentation and network topology.
- Conduct regular customer engagement and service updates.
- Apply security policies and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, System Administrator, or Managed Services Engineer, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Experienced in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Proficient in log analysis and network/system monitoring tools.
- Familiar with Network devices from Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and/or Fortinet.
Preferred Certifications:
- CCNA / CCNP / MTCNA / JNCIA / CompTIA Network+ / Security+ (advantage).
