As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you'll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You'll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You'll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Gravel Pack & Sand Control Tools, you will be responsible for:

  • Being responsible for multiple products/services in CWI Department.
  • Coordinating & monitoring day-to-day operations including workshop preparation, field pre-job package, field execution & inventory management.
  • Providing end of well report for each job & root cause analysis for any tool incident.
  • Having regular visit to customer office for job updates / forecast. Providing regular advice/explanation if required.
  • Upselling equipment & service.
  • Ensuring safety & quality of the operations in the topmost priority


Work Experience

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.
  • Have at least 10 years experience in coordinating offshore projects
  • Have experience in deepwater and gravel pack pumping tools.
  • Have previous offshore experience.
  • Have experience in resource allocation and management.
  • Be creative and have problem solving attitude.
