Service Consultant Part Leader (Pest Management)

Adecco Indonesia is currently looking for a Service Consultant (PCO License Holder) on behalf of our client, a leading Pest Management and Environmental Hygiene company from South Korea. This role will be responsible for service operations, team leadership, customer management, and B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

• Manage daily service operations and field activities.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop service staff.
• Improve operational performance and efficiency.

B2B Sales & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
• Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and service presentations.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Develop sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets.

Customer Management

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues.
• Support contract renewals and account growth.

Reporting & Coordination

• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and service quality.
• Prepare operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pest management, service operations, field operations, pest control, and facility management.
• Experience in team leadership or field staff supervision is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Background in Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Facility Management is an advantage.
• Pest Control / PCO certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken & written).
